Shipping policy
After an order is placed, we should have it delivered to a shipping company within 48 hours unless there is a delay. The shipping company, depending on the order, usually takes around 1-4 days to deliver to your location. The total time it takes us to ship an order on average is about 5 days.
Shipping costs at checkout is the sum of carrier delivery and shipping materials/packaging.
All shipping methods at checkout are insured up to $100 excluding UPS Ground Saver. See below attachment for more details:
Shipping Cost Limitations
We strive to offer free shipping on orders over $500 as part of our commitment to providing excellent service. However, in rare cases where shipping costs are exceptionally high due to factors such as remote delivery locations, heavy/oversized items, or special handling requirements, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
